Context
So my strata was having trouble with people tail-gating as they entered our parking garage. When a second car tried to follow in the first car, the gate would end up jamming and people – being people – were doing all sorts of strange things trying to get it to work and the strata was worried that eventually someone damage the gate. And those things are expensive.
I ended up doing a poster for them to put up in the mailroom, in part to keep my strata fees down, but also to have something pretty to look at. Jury is still out on whether it works.
